Everything you need to know before you start.-
Nope. Most of our programs start with bodyweight and build from there. If you have access to a gym or some dumbbells, great, but you don't need anything to begin. We'll work with what you've got.

This is built for you. Every program starts from scratch and progresses at a pace that actually makes sense. No assumed knowledge, no skipped steps, no shame about where you're starting, just clear coaching and a plan you can follow.

Most women feel stronger within two weeks. You'll start to see physical changes around the four-week mark, but more than that, you'll notice how you feel in your body and how you carry yourself. That shift tends to happen early, and it sticks.

My Story
How Dream Life Strength began
Eight years of coaching women. One mission: make strength accessible and real.
I started coaching in 2018 because I was frustrated. Frustrated by gyms that made women feel like they didn't belong. By programs that promised transformation and delivered confusion. By an industry that kept treating women like a problem to be fixed rather than someone worth investing in properly.
So I did something about it.
I've spent the last 8 years coaching women, from beginners who've never touched a barbell, experienced lifters who've hit a wall, women coming back after injury, after babies, after years of putting themselves last. All of them capable of more than they thought. Every single one.
What I care genuinely care about is that you actually get somewhere. That the programming makes sense. That you understand what you're doing and why. That when life gets busy, (which it will) you have enough of a foundation to keep going anyway.
My clients will tell you I'm a lot. High energy, always in your corner, won't let you shrink. They'll also tell you I remember everything: what you said about your back three weeks ago, what you were nervous about before your first session, what you're working toward beyond the gym.
